The Real Estate and Bank Agencies organized within the 5th REBEC an investment conference and action To a Flat in Five Days. The reason for the conference organizing is a several years long fall of real estate sales. Thus, the action organizers offer better flat buying conditions – the agencies lowered their fees, the bankers their interest rates and the flat owners sell their real estate at lower prices during the action. The objective of this action and the following similar planned ones is demand support and employment of the construction industry, where 40% of the workmen lost their jobs. |
