The 5th REBEC, organized by Festlent, Belgrade’s civil engineering service, design and construction company, started at Belgrade Fair. This is a real estate fair event, held on June 18 – 22, at the Hall 4.

The individuals wishing to buy a flat, will be able in the next four days at one place, Belgrade Fair, to find out how to get a flat faster and cheaper. At the jubilant fifth show, the REBEC initiated the promotion action To a Flat in Five Days – those who buy a flat within this period will get a five percent discount.

The best known experts in this branch, having arrived from Serbia and the world, will organize during the event also lectures on the real estate business development. In addition to the flat story, the program includes also the hotel/tourism industry section, retail park development and ligistic/distribution industrial facilities.

Within the Real Estate Show, a sport facility exhibition has been opened, as well, featuring them on large panels manufactured on the occasion of the Olympic Games in London.
