The Private Security Association was founded in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, six years ago, upon request of many Companies and entrepreneurs dealing with the private security of persons, property and business, as well as detective agencies at the territory of Serbia. 

The Association includes 314 companies with about 27 thousand employees, whose activities are performed through the operation of various Councils and Groups of the Association – for manned security, technical security, self-protection activity in companies, detective agency activities, as well as through the operation of various Commissions and sections.

The Association’s priority objective is suggesting the law regulations, introducing and implementation of standards, COESS project realization, introducing the development strategy of the professional training within the private security and creation of a powerful competition area, which will enable the sustainable development of business organizations in this branch, as well as the increase of personal and property citizens’ security.
